Women in Leadership Driving Change (WILD’C) is currently in the exciting development stage.

The world is starting to change, and I believe that a collaborative group that is open to sharing and supporting others, can truly encourage great change.

Collectively, we can support other women to achieve their dreams. We can create positive change in our every day lives. This is the vision of WILD’C.

If you share the passion, have motivation and drive, and can see the value in what is being offered, I encourage you to contact me personally.

I do hope you will join me and help take WILD’C to places that will reach all women, all men, and all young children – with the intent and purpose to showcase women as powerful leaders in their own right. We can support each other to reach our destiny. We just need to reach out.

I look forward to your support.

Best wishes,
Ruth O’Dwyer

  • The idea stemmed from a need to create a community and network for people to be able to contribute to something meaningful while creating genuine connections with other like-minded people that place value in community and contribution.
  • All with the ultimate goal of inspiring others to achieve their goals in a space that actively contributes to the wider community and empowers others.
  • It is action-based – we want to be doing something meaningful and using our skill-set to help others.

And it is not women’s only business… Men are also invited to participate and contribute. In the words of Emma Stone “How can you affect change in the world when only half of it is invited” – all are welcome!

If you want to see change, then take action. In one year, you will look back and be glad that you have taken that first step today. To quote Tony Robbins, “…most people underestimate what they can achieve in a decade”.

Our philosophy revolves around connecting with others and collaboration. Sharing resources. Sharing knowledge. Do you have a project you would like to share with us? How can our network support you? CLICK HERE to start connecting today and join our mailing list.

Once per year we offer an event for mentors and mentees to connect. A good relationship with your mentor happens when you both really engage and get involved. You both need to commit and you both need to deliver on your promises.
