Peta Main works as a facilitator in organisational development. She brings passion and the keen sense of helping others to achieve their vision and goals. She believes that every person has the potential for great things; whether it is developing or improving leadership skills to making change easier and faster or just incremental shifts in behaviour.

Peta’s energy, enthusiasm, and highly developed interpersonal skills have enabled her to engage people at all levels. Facilitating and / or coaching in a variety of environments has allowed Peta to successfully lead and inspire a wide range of people to achieve excellent results in their professional and personal life. Peta has coached a number of people from the following organisations: ABN Group, Amana Living, Aston Recruitment, Australian Reliance, Clough, Datacom Systems, Department of Child Protection, Department of Environment & Conservation, Downer EDI Works, DownerMouchel JV, Hawaiian, Inpex, Jackson McDonald, Rusty, SVT Engineering, Teamworks Development International Pty Ltd, Teamworks Development Malaysia. She has utilised the Emotional Capital Report 360 as an aid to identify unrecognised areas where further leadership and skill development may be required.
Peta works as a facilitator of leadership development, change management, team alignments, and organisational development. Her primary focus has been developing strong, lasting relationships with clients ranging from the construction industry, oil and gas, professional services, and the public sector, to deliver sustainable programs with long lasting impact in the workplace. She works closely with clients to design customised programs that suit the required outcomes of their business objectives.
She is recognised for her outstanding interpersonal skills. Her facilitation style is dynamic and innovative, enabling her participants to gain insight and motivation to bring about change to their workplace. She brings passion to each project, and a keen sense of helping others to achieve their vision and goals.
Peta has been instrumental in the design, development, and facilitation of leadership and frontline programs. She primarily builds programs around the competency-based certification of an Advance Diploma of Leadership and Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management and a Certificate IV in leadership and management. She has been instrumental in the development and facilitation of Field Leadership Course programs for Leighton Contracts (previously known as Thiess) and Civcon Civil & Project Management. The course materials were customised to meet the needs of the client company and more importantly to the client’s industry. The program is quite unique in that in has been contextualised to the requirements of the Certificate IV in leadership and management competencies and mapped to the ‘Practices, Processes and Policies’, specific to the relevant company.
Peta continuously develops her knowledge and skills in the field of Leadership Management. To enhance her facilitation she has a Graduate Diploma of Management in Vocational Learning, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and is highly experienced in the delivery of leadership and management programs. To further enhance her skills she belongs to the American Chamber of Commerce and has been invited to be part of the Women in Leadership headed up by Lyn Beazley AO (Australian of the year finalist 2015).
