Women In Leadership Driving Change [WILD'C Network] are passionate about inspiring others to become the best they can be. Our vision: empowering women in our community. How we do it? Through shared learning and experiences

Our form of philanthropy is giving-back through volunteering our skills and services.

The WILD'C philosophy that connects us is that we want to help others, and as a collective of like-minded people, we can achieve great things by leveraging our individual skills and working in collaboration with other people.

We also embrace the idea of mentoring and supporting others to step up into roles as leaders. This act of giving and support, also helps us become better leaders in our community.

WILD'C are a network of leaders who drive change by taking action.

Our mantra: "Contribution, Collaboration, Community".

We are passionate about supporting others on their journey to bigger and better things - creating tomorrow's leaders by changing what we do today

"Men - this is your formal invitation to join us. How can we affect change in the world, when only half of it is invited?" (Emma Stone)

Change begins today!

"Women In Leadership Driving Change" or as we affectionately call it - The WILD'C network, is all about creating opportunities for women in leadership roles, through skills-based volunteering and creating projects that empower others.

Projects are funded through a micro-funding/ "crowd-funding" model so that the membership contribution is awarded to a particular project. The projects are supported by industry leaders as project mentors and volunteers that assist in the delivery of the project.

Meet like-minded people and connect with others. Every great leader has a great network of people around them. “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more... you are a leader”. – John Quincy Adams

Mentoring, sharing, encouraging others, is all part of the journey of being a great leader. "A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way". —John Maxwell"

Through support and the sharing of knowledge, we will inspire the next generation of leaders to achieve great things. "As we look ahead into the next century, leaders will be those who empower others". —Bill Gates"

"One way to keep momentum going is to have constantly greater goals"- Michael Korda. Join the community and see what you can achieve with a support network of leaders. Join us at our next event. To keep up with what the group is up to, please connect with us:
